An arrest warrant might be issued after it was reported that Washington D.C. police have submitted evidence to the U.S. Attorneys office.
The arrest warrant might be issued to a man identified as Ingmar Guandique who is currently in jail for assaulting two women jogging in Washington's Rock Creek Park.
Ingmar's inmate has reportedly told investigators that Ingmar have told him he killed Levy.
Chandra Levy Case is one of the most famous unsolved crime in Washington. Levy, an intern at Federal Bureau of Prisons, disappeared from her D.C. apartment in May 2001. Her remains were found about a year later in Rock Creek Park, Washington.
